Delivery is carried out after payment of full cost of order. Terms and payment methods for orders can be found on the Payment tab.
Delivery options
- Pickup from our warehouse.
- Courier delivery to your address.
- Dispatch to delivery points of courier and postal services.
In all cases, the cost of delivery is calculated by our manager upon confirmation of order. The cost of courier and postal services for delivery is summed up with the cost of order and paid in a lump sum when paying for the order.
Payment for wholesale orders of Tattoo Pharma OU products made on the site is provided only for buyers who have passed registration and additional verification by our employees. The possibility of placing and paying for orders before passing the verification procedure is not allowed. Payment is possible in the following ways:
For individuals and individual entrepreneurs:
- By PayPal. If you would like to pay with PayPal, choose the payment option “PayPal” during an order. After confirming the order you will promptly be lead through the payment process without having to enter any further information. As soon as you have successfully completed this process, your order will continue to be processed.
- By bank cards VISA, Master Card through the secure payment system on our website.
For legal entities and individual entrepreneurs:
- Payment from the current account of a legal entity to the current account of Tattoo Pharma LLC on the basis of invoices.
If you have problems with packaging or if product is not of good quality, please contact us by mail info@tattoo-pharma.com, we will do everything to solve your problem. After verification, the money is returned only to the card/account from which the goods are paid.
Refunds are governed by the rules of international payment systems.
